Awful customer service . I thought I would give them another shot since ya know we all have bad days .. first time I just had a simple call to find out what was covered for sunglasses with my new insurance which, I had all of the info I just was not 100% on which applied .. well the lady was super rude and told me I needed to call my insurance a f hung up.. then , going into store you would think that face to face they would be better... nope. So helpful in costumer service
It was super simple and easy to make an apt online. I decided on a Friday that I needed to do an exam. Went right to their website and made the apt online in 2 minutes for the next day. Being able to schedule my apt. on Saturday’s are a huge bonus for me a mom of 3 that is constantly missing hours at work due to all of the kids doctor, dentist, eye apt.
