Awful customer service . I thought I would give them another shot since ya know we all have bad days .. first time I just had a simple call to find out what was covered for sunglasses with my new insurance which, I had all of the info I just was not 100% on which applied .. well the lady was super rude and told me I needed to call my insurance a f hung up.. then , going into store you would think that face to face they would be better... nope. It was super simple and easy to make an apt online. I decided on a Friday that I needed to do an exam. Went right to their website and made the apt online in 2 minutes for the next day. Being able to schedule my apt. on Saturday’s are a huge bonus for me a mom of 3 that is constantly missing hours at work due to all of the kids doctor, dentist, eye apt.
