I was in to have my glasses adjusted. I hadn't been able to wear them. Jazmine was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. It made the whole experience pleasant.
RecommendedI was seen on Friday, July 27, 2018 right when they opened. I got the eye exam, retinal mapping, and picked out two pair of glasses frames with the no line bifocal and anti glare as well as polarized lenses for the second pair (sunglasses) I was very pleased with service. I was however hoping to get my glasses that day or the next but was told I won’t have them until around August 6. To me that seems like a long wait. That is the only part I’m displeased with.
this place is horrible. I had a appointment at 12 o'clock they take a walk in before the person arrives for their appointment mind you I was 15 minutes early and they shouldn't have taken them since I arrived now I have a six year old waiting for over a hour to get seen. This is ridiculous and they take people with contacts before they see people who are getting glasses first which apparently take longer so there fore make the others wait longer. Not coming back
Walked in about 4pm on Sunday afternoon because my son broke his glasses. They tried to fix them, but sadly could not. We found another pair of frames, they checked his insurance to see if he was eligible for a replacement pair, we ordered and walked out by 4:30pm. And had the new glasses by 2pm on Tuesday. Amazing service.
