Will never go there... could be the best doctors but if you have a rude person answering phones and making appointments you will run people off in a heart beat. My husband and son are patients there and was trying to make an appointment for myself and daughter... she had enough nerve to tell me she was to busy to get our insurance information off my husbands account... your to busy to pull up a computer screen then you’re to busy to see us.. so 4 patients you just lost.

I just really appreciate the staff for staying open and working through this pandemic. I had to get another pair of glasses today and I got to get them back today as well so thank you all for being on top of it and caring for the patients of course!

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling. I not only got my diabetic eye exam (and get the pictures, so much better than dilation) but to update my prescription. Then out to the floor where I worked with Zac. Not only did I get a couple frames I love, I got honest answers about how they looked on me. I got offered all the options and they worked with my insurance to get me a great deal. I met the General manager today when I went to pick up the second pair, and she was really helpful. Dr. Cora and Dr. B are great. The customer service is horrible. You wait for over an hour for someone to help with glasses.
