On my visit to visionworks on yesterday, I entered the store, not one person said a word, I browsed around for about 20 minutes from end of the store to the other. No one said may I help you nothing. I left the store still not a word. I see why no one was in the store “BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE” I will not be back!!!
Great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who never rushed the exam, or helping to pick out frames. Prescription glasses for me and my daughter were perfect. Will be back. Thank you all!
