I took one step into the store for an appointment for my son and the lady said (very aggressively), "I'm going to stop you right there. I have been calling you over and over and over and haven't been able to reach you. We don't have any insurance information or any patient information." Clearly there was a miscommunication and they have the wrong phone number - they had no other patients so surely that all could have been worked out with something more like, "Hello and welcome. On Nov. 27, 2019 I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Davidson. He is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately the store/company policies are horrible. I was billed for a monovision contact exam, which he had not done. He did a regular eye exam and since my contact was doing great he just renewed the prescription (I never had it in nor did he look at it). RecommendedMy husband needed a new pair of glasses so we decided to try Visionworks instead of our normal Optometrist. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety of glasses, the quality of service and the pricing for what he picked out. He immediately said that he was going to start coming to VisionWorks from now based on the service we received. Thanks, Visionworks!
Had a great experience last week for my husband, my daughter and me. Only problem is I get a text message today (Jan 1) that our glasses were ready for pick up, looked online for hours (Open until 8pm), went at 6pm... Closed. 😕
