Staff are nice and friendly
THE BEST EVER!! All the staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly. They care about the customers' needs and wants instead of throwing the most expensive choices to them. They are excellent at communicating the process of how many days you can get you glasses (it arrived earlier!) and they never give false information. I'm super happy with my purchase and I would recommend this store to anyone that lives around this area!!
Pete Murphy was absolutely amazing, he was very patient and helpful during the process (I think I spent two hours of his time trying to figure out what would be the best bang of my buck) he helped me understand anything I had questions or concerns with, phenomenal person!

As a family of three with vastly different opinions and personalities we were impressed by both the exam and selection of frames. Dr Figler was amazing and Peter helped each of us select the right frames. I highly recommend VisionWorks for anyone needing glasses.
