There’s been multiple times where I’ve come (including right now) and the door is locked and no one is here despite it being working hours. There’s always a sign on the door saying be right back or back by 1 yet that’s untrue.
My wife and I were visiting DC while out of town and we forgot her contacts! They managed to get us some for our trip same day and were wonderful and accommodating.
This Visionworks location is great. Visits have been and easy, and the staff have been friendly and competent.
