I had never been to a VisionWorks before and was disappointed with my glasses experience here, as all the good reviews made it seem promising. Dr. Ma seemed really rushed and didn't explain my eye conditions well. She said that she can't guarantee my prescription would work for me depending on what frames and coatings I chose, which I have never heard from an eye doctor before. I came in on a Saturday after getting hit in the face and my glasses broke. I came in Keisha helped me out and did a phenomenal job. Shoutout to the Vision works staff.
I had a really great experience here as a first-time customer. The staff were friendly, helpful, and I felt like I was getting great care. The store was clean and they had newer technology. I also was not pressured into purchasing add-ons to my glasses, which I highly appreciated.
We have been seeing Dr Ma for a few years until she left Pearle Vision at the Southcenter location in 2018, since then we have seen several Dr’s and no one compares to Dr Ma, she is explains everything thoroughly and really cares! I finally researched where she was located and glad we found her, we are now traveling from Black Diamond to Everett from now on!! Trevor and the staff were great also!
