Have been coming to Tualatin location for a few years. Always had good experiences and wanted to come back. This time is the worst experience I have ever experienced. When I went to pickup my glasses, the person named Joanna ( on the name tag), just handed me the case: "there you go. " No greetings, no sit down and see or adjust how my glasses fit. Never ever have I treated this way when I pickup my glasses. Normally when I come in to pickup my glasses, they sit me down and ask me how it fits or need any adjustment. I was in... read more
I’ve gone to Visionworks for the past 5 eye appointments and to get new glasses. I never have felt rushed when finding my new frames. The value I’ve gotten is fantastic. Tualatin Visionworks is awesome!! Now, in trying to use contacts for the first time, I so appreciate the staff for being so supportive and helpful.
Everyone there is very kind and professional.
Highly recommend for an affordable & enjoyable vision check. The Dr & staff were wonderful.
