This review is regarding an interaction 7/17 around 4:45pm ET. I scheduled an appt for the 18th. Received an email confirmation at the time the appt. was made. Just recieved a voicemail on the 17th less than 24 hrs before the appt advising that the appt. has been cancelled due to failure to confirm. I immediately called and the receptionist who answered was very offputting and acted like it was a bother to answer the phone. The ladies here are absolutely AMAZING! I decided to make an appointment here after going to a different location and I am so glad I did these ladies. Here are absolutely wonderful patient kind attentive. Also the optometrist here is absolutely amazing. Was able to explain everything very kind not rushing. This location helps me to know that customer service is still alive and well!
