Excellent customer service and the exam was extremely thorough.
They clearly overbooked appointments. Many people waiting. Still two ahead of me, almost an hour after the time I was told to arrive. The appointment is done virtually, which they told me takes longer. I left and won't be back.
Clean space, thorough exam, good selections, process explained well.
I had an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I waited an hour after my appointment was supposed to start before giving up and leaving: 30 minutes before having the pre test, and then another 35 minutes before just giving up. If it takes longer to provide quality care to patients, then the most basic office management practice is to schedule fewer appointments, farther apart. But, guess that would earn less profit.
