Customer service was excellent and very informative
They dont have a doctor in the building. Everything is virtual which is drastically slower. I arrived 15 mins early, to have cancel cause I wasn't even seen an hour after my appointment time (75 mins unseen). The staff that is in the building was very pleasant, but scheduling and not being seen is a huge waste of people's time.
They had me wait for an hour for the appointment and l ordered glasses which didn’t arrive until 25 days after l called them 7 times: Some of the workers are not kind.
Vision works at Dakota Crossing is definitely recommended for your future eye care needs. From the time my family arrived we were greeted and informed right away of the policies and procedures. Staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Ms. Tulitha was amazing and a breath of fresh air. Her guidance, patience and enthusiasm really helped get us through the eye examination process, as this was my daughter and I first time getting an eye exam.
