I always have a pleasant experience at Visionworks.
This is my 2nd visit to Vision Works at Dakota Crossing. The staff person I worked with was courteous and professional. I couldn't give them 5 stars because the group who prepares your glasses broke one of the 5 frames I took in to have my new prescriptions put in. This frame was 2 tone (blue and pink). I have numerous frames of my own so don't need to purchase frames with prescriptions. This location has a very limited selection of NICE FRAMES FOR WOMEN. I went to Vision Works at Dakota Crossing for the 1st time. I was seen by the tech and Dr. timely and the exam went well. The Dr. and staff were very professional and courteous. I appreciate the fact that Vision Works has discounts for seniors. I brought my own frames (5 pair) and hope the replacement of the lens goes smoothly. It takes @ 14 days for your glasses to be ready so glad I had another pair to use while I wait.
The service was spectacular. I was in and our within 90 minutes. This included the eye exam. Dr Fereydouni took time to explain how to work with progressive lenses and offered an additional script for computer use. Also, Notaya was patient while I asked several questions. Her explanation of my options for specialty features was clear. This is my 1st time at Visionworks but definately not my last.
