Poor service. My daughter's paperwork was lost. We were there for almost 3 hrs for an eye exam. Then the workers all seemed to be "clocking out" when I asked for help. Then, the doctor was not friendly. Had I not been waiting so long, I would have left. However, I can guarantee, I won't be back.
Made an appointment but had to wait almost an hr and a half to be seen....why have an appointment!?!?! :-(
Had 2 appointments one at 3:30 and one at 4:00. Finally got seen at 4:445. Didn't leave until almost 6:00. Didn't order glasses yet. Most of the staff was nice. Doctor had no personality to speak of.
