Had an appointment set for over a week. The day I showed up, I was told that I could not be seen because I had a cough due to bronchitis. I even brought the paperwork from the doctor’s office to prove I’ve been checked out. The receptionist said it was “state law” and that I could not be seen. Called up Eye Specialists of Georgia in Riverdale and thankfully they got me in same-day and couldn’t believe that Visionworks turned me away for a simple cough, with no fever or other symptoms. I put on hold and left there for 25 min. glasses take 2 weeks where it used to take 2 days tops . I will not be using them again
RecommendedWe arrived for our scheduled appointment and was immediately greeted and checked in and we had to wait about 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very friendly and happy atmosphere. Me and my mom were desperately in need of new glasses and chose Visionworks and we are glad we did. Our representative April was great. The wait time is ridiculous, My appointment was at 3:30, I was overlooked and didn’t go back til 5:20, after I said something because a client who appointment was at 4:30 was going before me. They quick to take your money but yet to see you on time.
This is my SECOND time using them and both times they were the rudest most unprofessional staff ever! I absolutely, positively despise this location and think that they should all be replaced... even the doctor! I have never been treated in the manner I was today! After I get what I PAID for I will NOT be back... and I will tell everyone to stay away from here!
Staff was great especially this tall lady with curly hair...she made my daughter feel like a princess! Her black girl magic definitely did the trick to make her confident to wear glasses!
Very rude and unhelpful group of employees. I asked for a copy of my prescription and had questions about contacts. The person I was speaking to walked away while I still had questions and another clerk just stared at me in confusion. After finally asking if I needed anything else, I asked my question and received a very short and rude reply. I asked what my best option was and was told to look online. Like stated before, very rude and unhelpful staff.
