I have been with this company for 10+ years but my family and I just had the most horrific customer service at our most recent visit! Unprofessional and just disgraceful. We were mislead, had huge attitude thrown in my face, files being slammed onto the counter, exaggerated sighing as though we were a bother to her, and the representative blamed other employees for the current problem at hand. The staff here is wonderful!!!!! My husband glasses was broken an we are in transition of moving from Kentucky to here in Maryland. Not only did they give us wonderful customer service Ms. ADERA went above an beyond. We were able to locate a perfect set of frames in store to fits my husband lens! She an Mr. JEFF worked together getting the lens in the new frames! We left visionworks as very satisfied customers! Thank you so much!
