They SUCK! Both times I’ve had to pick up glasses, they were not ready when promised. I was told multiple times to come back when other employees were working. When I come back...said employee is clueless on how to help me. I waited for an extra month to get my son’s glasses because they had to reorder them after giving me the run around for a week! Patrick was awesome!! He suggested glasses that fit my style and my face and gave me honest feedback about the glasses that were at the top of my list. They had a great selection of glasses. I also appreciated the office taking me as a walking and getting me in front of a doctor within 5 mins of me walking in the door.

Yes, but you have to know what your insurance will pay for. Because they will try their very best to add on extras that will be an out of pocket expense. You need to know beforehand how much your insurance is paying for your frames so you can stay within those guidelines.
