My experience at visionworks in NorthRiverside Mall with Dr. Castro was excellent . I keep going back. Will continue to go because of the professional care.
Very quick and a nice selection to choose from. Staff is always nice and usually it's quick here. Believe it's Maria, has always been nice and greets even when not assisting me. I Appreciate that.

I got my glasses from the place in they didn't adjust them properly to my needs I have headaches when I wear them I been having neck pain because the reading is way to low, I've went to this place multiple times and asked t them to adjust my glasses, to correct the problem with no results. The front desk person w keeps telling me that it will take time to get used to this has been going on for months..I paid for services that were not delivered
