I like the optometrist and most of the staff is nice. I went in to pick up my glasses and Ashley waited on me. I, of course, had my mask on. When I put my glasses on I wanted to remove the straps behind my ears and hold the mask over my nose and mouth while trying on the glasses for fit. She threw a hissy fit. I had no intention of removing my mask. I asked if there is a private room I could go in to see how they fit. She said no but suggested I go into the bathroom at a different store. We had a terrible time at this store. They booked our appointments before the insurance would pay for them. Instead of trying to help with the situation. The fellow demanded the money for the appointments and basically told us to get out of the store. We have been going here for years nothing had changed with our insurance so I do not understand why or how any of this could have happened but being treated like this was not acceptable at all!!

RecommendedCan’t begin to say enough about the customer service with Janelle at the Westminster location .. offered to call many stores to locate the frame and have it sent in when other locations didn’t seem to want to bother well basically didn’t even offer to do it. Half hour drive but well worth it for her customer service !!
Dr. Alam was AMAZING. the staff were all super kind and helpful and I will definitely be telling all of my friends to come here!
New store manager was amazing !!! Helped me with all my eye glass needs in a friendly and professional way. If you need glasses and service look no further. Thanks
