RecommendedRecently I returned to the Columbia store because I was not happy with my glasses bought a couple of months ago. Between Alexis and Mike, I had their full attention and support. My new glasses were done in less than 2 weeks. When I went back to pick them up, there were several people in the store but my needs were met almost immediately. Two years ago, I would not have written any review. Keep up with the friendly, responsive and caring employees, you'll be on top. Thank you Alexis and Mike!

Worst store for eye care...they are never on time...when u call them they never pick up...I took my son for a contact class and was told can u come back in an hour we are understaffed and no one can help him...I said thats fine I will teach him...then they couldnt find our trial contacts...when they finally found them and set us up...after an hour the lady who was going to teach my son strolls in with an attitude...no apologies nothing...I will never go back to this location once his contracts come in...trying to change our ... read more

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!! The absolute worst place ever. Do not even bother. A true rip off!!
Scheduled a 12:30 vision appointment online. Called and confirmed, also got a text. Got there early, told to go have a seat. See two other customers who got there after me go in and nobody asked me my name, etc. I got up and asked 2x to be checked in. After another 1/2 hour of being ignored I told them to cancel it and walked out. Whomever is running this location is an idiot. I'll go elsewhere. Luckily there are plenty of competitors more interested in my business.
Had an unpleasant experience here 2yrs ago so I was not looking forward to coming back. Im happy to report though that the current staff really wowed me! Thanks to Carlos and team at this location for stepping your service game up!
