Kept waiting for dilation. Finally got the process started 2 hours after appointment time. What should have taken 1 1/2 hours max took 3 1/2. And, was notified that because their employee put my son's insurance ID number incorrectly, the claim was denied. I will not pay and will not return. If you value your time, stay far away!
I arrived here 20 mins after they closed. I just wanted to pick up my glasses so I could see again. I called and asked if I could just get my glasses and I'll be on my way. They were so kind and handed me my glasses while I waited outside in the rain(which I didn't mind doing at all, that's how desperate I was). Everytime I come here, I have the best experience!
