The new manager and Dr. Rice have made this place so much better. Dr. Rice takes her time and does a real eye exam! She has decades of experience and knows optometry. No long wait, great service! Recommend this “new” Visionworks in Waugh Chapel!

Tim was very helpful in explaining all of the various options for my glasses.
The Gambrills location has no sense of urgency. they dont value the time of their customers at all. The associates lack common knowledge and will keep you there way longer than necessary. I'm very tolerant and patient because I work retail, so I know how it gets..but the experience that I've had has been TERRIBLE. AND after a month if waiting on a contact order, the order never came. no notifications no nothing. after calling and going in, nothing has been done. will he getting a refund and going elsewhere. no one has time f... read more

Great service. Prompt examination and a varied selection of frames. very satisfied with the staff and the service.
Scheduled an eye exam appointment. Arrived 15 mins early for said appt and was told it was a 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait. WHAT is the use for an appt if it’s not reasonably kept????? Not a happy customer
