I personally would not visit this location again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My glasses were ordered on Dec 9th. Today is Jan 12th and I have yet to receive them or receive any communication from Visionworks. So far they made the glasses in the wrong frame/prescription. Then the frames were lost?? Now there is no order for them?? I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience, never again will I use them or recommend them!

Horrible. Had an appointment for my daughters and spent over 3 hours there. Granted, there were only 3 employees but one of (Amanda) noticeably only helped people of the same skin color as herself. She was in charge and kept skipping pass us to help others who didn’t have appointments. Very disappointing. Will not be using them in the future.

Front end manager displayed poor customer service skills and was very unpleasant. I’m confused when she stated that vision works has never provided parents with a note that their child has been seen for an exam, when I have received them from our previous visits. Was only willing to write a note on a blank piece of paper that I myself could have written and the school would not have accepted.
I have been all week trying to confirm my appointment is for glass fitting. No one is answering the phone, instead it just goes to corporate. I get Covid is changing how business is done, but this is poor customer service.

This is the absolute best place to get glasses. I had a wonderful appointment with Jo, she helped me find my ideal pair of glasses and sunglasses. Having her help me out was fantastic. She really knows her stuff when it comes to what kind of frames look good on people. She listens to everything you say and intuitively finds something that complements, face shape, hair color, and your own personal style. I was blown away by how much fun I could have finding glasses. Shout out to the team at Visionworks Hamilton Place!!! Yesterday I had floaters in my left eye and flashes of light in my peripheral. I called them about it and the doctor said come in asap so he can examine it because it could either be nothing or possible retinal detachment! It was 10 minutes before closing when he told me to come! He didn't tell me to go to the ER which would have been easier for them to go home but instead even told me that mall security would be expecting me!
