Allen was amazing! We had purchased glasses in the Dallas area and we came in to get them adjusted. This was the 2nd time in getting them adjusted. The frames were giving me a problem since I got them. After about 20 Minutes of adjusting them he suggested that the frames were defected. So he called his manager to see if the could exchange the frames out since they were defective. He then called the store in Dallas where I bought them from and asked if they would fax over the worksheet so he could get them exchanged out for m... read more
I've been getting my glasses there for around 10 years. I've always had great service and an awesome experience. They have a huge selection of frames and the staff is so friendly and helpful!!
Allen was so great! Took my sons broken glasses in to buy a new pair. He fixed them for us and saved us $70. They are always super nice and helpful
