The Receptionist and Optician were great. The Op Tech was loud, rude, brash, and unprofessional. She should be replaced.
Do not get your eyes examined here. Dr.Kuan,O.D. , screwed up the prescription for my contact lenses, and a friends prescription glasses when we went back to pick them up. As I sat waiting, another person had the wrong prescription for the second time! ( 1 1/2 hours for eye exam). I will NEVER go back for an eye exam!
Go elsewhere!! The incompetent Dr. wrote my contact prescription was for two left eyes instead of a right and a left. They ordered my contacts according to that prescription. I wore them for a week and I couldn't understand why my vision was blurred and why I felt nauseated after wearing my new contacts. Had to go back two times before they figured it out my prescription was written wrong..Place is a joke! Stay away!
