Employee swapped out my designer D&G case with their own crappy Visionworks case without telling me & then they conveniently can't find my D&G case. You. Guys. Suck. Never again

Tera was awesome! I just needed a quick adjustment to keep my glasses from slipping down my nose and a replacement nose piece for a second pair of glasses and she took care of me. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back. This is my second positive experience with them.
This is my 3rd pair from here. Very satisfied i Did have a issue last year with my progressive lens they resolved it immediately I’m very satisfied with Vision Works
I had an excellent eye exam on Tuesday and got my glasses yesterday. The glasses were perfect and improved my vision immediately. I was treated with respect and kindness. I felt the price for the exam and glasses was fine. I will definitely use VisionWorks in Palm Harbor for all my optical needs.
