My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Vision Works Hall Commons in Sterling Heights. Nicole spent quite a bit of time with us picking out glasses and she is fantastic. She has a great sense for what will go with the shape of your face

This location is the best one. Large quantity and variety of eyeglasses for everyone in the family. The service was excellent and Dr. Livingston was very thorough in his exam. Thank you Nicole for helping in my selection. I cannot wait to get my new glasses!

Came in for an eye exam today. What a warm welcome by Lauren. She was very quickly with the exam and told me the next steps. Met Dr. Livington; who shared the result from the exam with me and shared what could be done in the near future. Nicole took over then and was so sweet to take time out to go through some options of glasses for me as I had no clue what fits and looks good since I never worn glasses before. She was extremely helpful. Looking forward to come back soon to get me a pair or two.

Great experience! The staff here is really friendly and knowledgeable. The whole team helped me pick out my glasses and I had so much fun! They truly care about what I wanted out of my glasses. I didn’t feel like they were pushing me to get something I didn’t want or need. I love my new glasses!!
A big shout out to Raheema and Rachel. I had picked out glasses on line and Raheema took the time to help me find the ones that would fit properly. When I came back with my script 2 weeks later one of the glasses had been discontinued. Rachel found a pair from out of state and had them shipped to their store. I spoke with their manager Amy and let her know how helpful these two ladies were.
