Made an appointment to pick up glasses and to drop off a pair to add blue light to the lenses. The store associate wouldn’t take the glasses because the manager was on break. I was told to come back instead of leaving the glasses. Not my issue that the manager was on break as I had an appointment. Now I will find a new place to purchase glasses since they obviously don’t want business.

great exam, however, the support team took an hour to figure out how to charge for my glasses. 3 people working on it - all different answers and prices - i stayed patient but it was ridiculous. Then when picking them up - the lenses were incorrect - even the clerk was trying to figure out what they did. The final answer was for another $175 they could get it right! I lost confidence, they lost my business.
Michelle was very personable and knowledgeable in helping me with my glasses order. Can’t wait to get them!

After 50+ frames tried on I found the perfect pair. Nichole was extremely helpful and patient!!! Dr. Livingston always gives a thorough exam and my prescription is spot on! Thanks for the great service
