Private police state walked in and was promptly told to STOP at the door. Rather rudely, too. A girl came over and wanted me to fill out a form, show ID, and maybe take my temperature. It looked like it but I did not stay long enough to be certain. “It’s for your safety”. I left. Visionworks, today has lost a 36 year customer. Wonderful service, huge selection of frames. Patient, kind, service-oriented staff. They called my insurance co. and we worked for 2 hours to come up with the best plan for getting the right answers to be sure there was no surprise at the end. And then after getting glasses back, we realized that my other doctor's prescription was wrong and the lens had to be remade on 3 pairs of glasses (bought three due to GREAT sale going on!). RecommendedI highly recommend going to Visionworks! The amount of detail they put in to make sure that you are satisfied, is amazing. I've been to others, but didn't receive the Care and Patience that this place provided. From walking in to leaving, each representative answered all my concerns in clear details and made me feel really good about my choices. I'm very pleased at the service I've received. Great doctor and excellent guidance and handling by Nichole and Ryne. Nichole made sure I LOVE my frame choices and got the absolute best deal possible. The most thorough and explained exam I can recall ever. I am recommending them to everyone and will be back!!

Awesome service all three times I have been here! Ricky was very knowledgeable and was such a big help and very patient during my lengthy process of picking out my frames. Ricky also explained the different types of lenses and help me decide on which ones were right for me. Their policy is to have your glasses back in seven to ten days but mine actually were back in four days both times I have placed an order!
