I usually have a good luck here, but after the fist set of glasses didn't work for me. I got the call the second set was ready. As I work full time I only had a small window on Sunday to pick them up. The hours start at 12:00, I was there at 12:00 but no employees, I waited 40 Minutes and no one. Still have to find another time to get them now.
Love this place! The staff is always welcoming and Doctor is always very conformational. I bring my whole family here.
Awful experience all around staff and dr! Won’t be going back I should have asked around before we went now I hear all the horror stories!!
Jen took good care of me from the moment I walked in, from exam through check-out. Dr. Logan explained every detail of the exam, including the new device that takes a photo of the eye vs. using dialating drops. She was a pleasure to talk with as well. Reasonable prices and quick personal service. Highly recommended.
