RecommendedCame in to the Joliet store this morning. The staff was amazing, especially Nicole, the manager! They even fit in a last minute appt. for my husband. I highly recommend them!
I hadn't been here in a few years, but the new doc is very friendly and informative, and the staff was very helpful, and had me in and out with new glasses on the way in under an hour. I'll always come back for the wonderful, reliable service.
I really wasn't looking forward to getting my eye's checked and tested buttttttt. I came to visionworks and really have to say how everyone there made me feel comfortable. The eye doc :) here is just so personable and nice made me feel great . I have to say that I would definitely recommend Visionworks...Thank you all and Shanon was so caring and nice.
The girls at the counter we're very nice but the guy doing my exam was less than desirable . Didn't care what I had to say just wanted to get it done so he can go home. My wife said the same . Find another profession dude
