Bad experience. Somehow the wrong glasses were ordered for my daughter and the prices on the receipt do not add up with my insurance and what I paid out of pocket. Tech went over completely different prices. The lady at the register seemed nonchalant and unhelpful. Tech admitted her mistake but nothing was done. contacting corporate.
RecommendedThe doctor was amazing with the best bedside manner. Store is well staffed with friendly smiling faces everywhere. Laci helped me out with my frame selection. She went out of her way to find a purple frame in just the style and color I requested. Overall great experience
I recommend the courteous and great Customer Service that was given to us during our visit. We’ve been to two other places prior to going to Visionworks and was asking to get estimates of how much glasses would be using my current job insurance as well another insurance. Other places help a little. One calculated it out and the other gave me the paper to do it. Was very satisfied with Visionworks and very much thanks to Laci for assisting us. I will be a repeat customer there.
I had a great experience at Vision Works. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her name was Laci. The Dr was friendly. Great service with no wait time. Would highly recommend.

I went to the Joliet vision works for my exam and glasses. The Doctor I saw was very nice and did a good job with my exam. Picking out my frame was easy and the associate Laci was very helpful with the buying process. My glasses were made correctly the first time and I love them. Thank you Vision works!
The staff was very friendly and professional. Denise was very helpful, I was so indecisive in choosing my glasses.
Laci was very helpful with picking glasses for my son. She was so patient and kind with an elderly man that was also picking out frames. She was helpful with lense options too and I didn’t break my budget. Highly recommended.
