The customer service in rogue valley mall needs adressed. You can't be given a different price quote from the same girl 1 week apart. The girl who actually took my order did not put it through right the first time all I wanted was to have the glasses be thinner where they actuall fit inside the frame was this asking to much the first time?? I'm now thinking they were trying to rush me out because they were closing in an half hour.

they use Master Eye Associates for their eye exams...just look them up on BBB. Scam artists! illegally sent me to collections saying I didn't pay a bill that I DID pay! also refused to send me a copy of the bill in question or copies of late notices that I would assume they would have sent me if I supposedly didn't pay the bill 😠

Do Not go to this store!!! And Do Not see Dr Espat Reich. They are unethical and dishonest. Being August of 2018 I just received a bill from 2016 and my wife dated 2014. Between then and now we have not heard anything from them. My wife went to the store to inquire about why we are being billed because the invoice only said for services. Not only could they not say what the services were, they would not remove the charges. The kicker is that they have audacity to include late fees. Again, Do Not go to this business.
