I got glasses from this store a year ago to wear only at night, and in the rain. I didn’t need them very often. Over time i realized the glass got very foggy, and dirty VERY quickly. At first i thought it was from makeup, but quickly realized something was wrong with the glasses. When i called the store they told me to bring them down, when I did they looked at the glasses and told me they are damaged but since I am one month over the Warranty there is nothing they can do. Wonderful service and great selection of glasses! I started coming here a few years ago when 1 if my kids lost his new glasses and I needed to buy a new pair out of pocket & they had a buy 1 get 1 free deal going on. The employees were very friendly and great with my kids, who like to ask a million questions �. I decided to go here for their next check up because I like to bring 2 of my kids back to back on Saturdays due to our busy schedules. I have been going here since I was 18 years old(25 years) and could not be happier!!! The staff are what make this store what it is. Therese and Katie (who have been there as long as long as I have been going) are fabulous and amazing at what they do!!! Their customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND and they are always so welcoming. Now I have my daughter going there and wouldn’t trust anyone else with her eyes!!! Thank you for everything you do....you truly have a “top notch” staff!!!!!
Best crew. The time i spent was entertainingly fun and done right the first time.
