It is Saturday at 1PM and you are open until 5PM yet you are closed! We received a call saying the order may be later than expected and when I call to check no one is there!!!! Poor business management.

RecommendedI absolutely love Visionworks in Salem, NH and I highly recommend them. Sarah, the manager is outstanding and I have had great service with Terri, also. They are honest upfront and comprehensive. If you need glasses, they have some fashionable styles / sunglasses are amazing too! I am pleased with their outstanding service and my choices. RecommendedI have been having difficulty reading the ingredients on the label. Now that I have my new reading glasses, everything is better. My new glasses are the best fitting glasses I've had in a long time. As a father of a very active toddler, their one year protection plan made it a no-brainer on where I will get my glasses from now on. The entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of their options and my insurance coverage.
