I had an exceptional experience at Visionworks in Seminole, FL today, 12/13/2019. Erika filled out all the insurance paperwork and call my insurance to insure I received my eyewear benefit. She was extremely patient while I picked out two sets of frames. Erika is competent and a joy to work with.

I had the best experience from start to finish getting my new glasses. Shout out to Megan and Carrie, who were wonderful! They were so patient and helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure! I will definitely be back!
visionworks seminole fl has the best employees. i went to several eyeglass stores, found nothing. the ladies at seminole spent time with me (4 times in a couple of days!) trying to pick out frames. they were helpfull, patient, welcoming. very good experience.
need more people filling glasses orders, they were taking people ahead of my husband and I. I took our granddaughter to get a bite to eat, and he was getting in the car. They took someone else ahead of us....
Went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and very patient with my pickiness
