Went in real fast to ask if I could get in adjustment for my glasses (since I was missing a screw in one of the legs), and Jasmine was extremely helpful in assisting me with my problem! She even went as far as to replace the screw, clean the glasses and she made it quick. I truly appreciate great customer service and would like to say thank you to Jasmin at Visionworks!
Big shoutout to Brenda Roberts at Visionwoks at Coastal Grand (MBSC) who helped me fit my prescription sunglasses on Sunday afternoon. My expensive designer glasses kept slipping off my head and I was uncomfortable wearing them since they weren’t fitting properly. Less than ten minutes later, Ms. Roberts made the perfect complimentary adjustment and my trepidation is history! I was so grateful for her help. I will return to this location and ask for Brenda when I do. Thank you for the 5-star service.
