This was not my first time patronizing Visionworks. I have always had the experience of great customer service and all the associates are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Visionworks for all of your vision needs.
Staff was very professional, patient, attentive and informative. I would definitely return.
They had a buy one get one free sale going on. If one pair of glasses cost about $480 then why did two pairs of glasses cost me over $1,000. Doesn't sound like buy one get one free. Aside from that the service was pretty good
When trying to call to get my prescription no one would pick up the phone. Was on wait for over an hour and no one answered. 0/10 experience
Today as I visit Coastal Grande location to get my father's glasses repaired I meet two beautiful Associates Jasmine and CiCi. These two Associates are an amazing asset for their company not only did they help me and get me squared away they made me feel like family the connect engage Inspire was absolutely amazing.
