Walked into the store today and spent 20 minutes in line watching the Crazy Nasty Lady arguing and berating Elesha, claiming that her 3 year old glasses with the pop out right lens needed to be adjusted in a very particular manner. I cannot say enough good things about Elesha! My son broke his glasses right before school started, and she immediately offered him a pair on the spot so he wouldn’t have to go without. On top of that, she helped me navigate an insurance mishap with patience and professionalism. The office was busy with walk-ins, and she managed it all by herself with such grace—making sure every single person was taken care of. My son and I arrived tonight within the last hour before closing. Not only did he find two pairs of glasses that he loved, but we had the most amazing customer service that I can not remember having in So Long!!!
