They are seriously terrible. First visit there was a hipaa violation and patient files were wide open for everyone to see. Great job guys. Then they give me contacts to try, won't just accept that they work wonderfully and order them for me. Are forcing me to try to schedule a visit with the same doctor that I saw the day for my exam... nearly impossible! I have a career of my own and cannot just bend to their inconvenient schedule. In and out, was a little early for my appointment and took me in early. Doctor was very nice.
This was my first time at Visionworks and the staff was very friendly and efficient!
Was helped by Rebekah and had a last minute eye exam from Whitney. Both awesome wonderful women! Would hesitate to go back and to refer anyone looking for glasses / contacts, and an eye exam!
