Ordered wrong prescription on my contacts. Insisted that the prescription was correct even though they had clearly ordered a prescription that did not match my chart. Still trying to resolve. Phone lines leave you on hold for over 30 minutes. Website unable to make an appointment. Completely incompetent.

I have to say I had a great experience here then I ever had at any other eye place. everyone was so helpful and nice and I also can say carley was amazing at helping me so much and my husband and even my son loved talking to her

She spent a good amount of time with me, picking out frames, explaining everything to me, what to look for, as well as what style looks good on my face shape. It was so appreciated! The doctor was also very nice, and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back 💯
