SOMEONE NEEDS TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE ACADIA MALL LOCATION!! THE STORE OPENED AT 11AM AND IT IS NOW 11:15. NO ONE IS ANSWERING.

This was my second time getting my glasses from Visionworks - Acadiana Mall. Both visits, customer service was exceptional! I was greeted warmly and immediately upon entering the store. Leah assisted me both times. She is amazing!!! I'm not a fan of eyeglass shopping but Leah made it so effortless and pain-free!! The visit was under 20 minutes. That included frame selection and payment. I also received my glasses in less than a week! I definitely will be returning again!
Excellent Staff! I had to go through two other Visionworks stores, in two different states, and three different prescription changes to get it right. The staff at Visionworks in Lafayette, at the Acadiana Mall, were fantastic. From the very beginning, Ms. Leah and Ms. Brenda were extremely helpful. The doctor took extra time with me knowing that I was having difficulties getting my prescriptions straight. He prescribed the correct lenses and I finally can see clearly. Worst customer service!! Appointments always running behind too! Takes over a month to get a trial pair of contacts in
They handled my daughter so well. She was nervous from a previous experience with getting her eyes checked and this facility offers another option that my daughter was thrilled to use versus dilating her eyes. Such a huge selection of frames to choose from and my daughter found the ones that were just right. Dr Tam as well as the rest of the staff are wonderful and we had such a great experience. Also I’d like to recognize Leah for your patience and kindness towards Riley and I!
Helpful..friendly..and they did answer all my questions.. lots to choose from in frames...there also was a sale bogo...also if you have insurance there was a poster you get 1\2 off ...can't wait to get those frames
