After choosing frames I sat at the counter and watched the staff ignore me and help new customers. Don’t go in on a weekend, I guess. I’ll go to Rainbow Optics and spend my money there. 🤷🏽♀️
they need to better train staff on how to properly check for insurance coverage. I made an appt then was told that my insurance does not cover vision. call my insurance company afterwards to be told I do have vision coverage at that location.

Didn't catch the Dr's name, but she was a hoot. Kandi Moller, O.D. She was thorough and witty. Staff that helped fitting my new glasses was also exceptional. Highly recommend.
