Previously I had given this place a 5 Star revue. I rarely wear my glasses but the wire nose piece cracked off only 2-3 months after receiving them. There was no accident or damage that happened to them. They said I had to pay to replace them because my insurance portion was used for my contacts not the glasses. If my Davis insurance was used for the glasses, the insurance would replace them. I spent nearly $800 2-3 months ago for the contacts and glasses and about $500 a year ago. The staff is friendly and prices fair. However, the service is poor. I was previously a Lenscrafters customer and my contacts and glasses were ready within a week of ordering. I have waited over three weeks after ordering my contacts from Visionworks. The boxes were mislabeled the first time I ordered so i ultimately waited a month.
