RecommendedI was apprehensive after reading a lot of negative reviews but the staff and process was seamless. I was made aware of all charges and what my insurance covered right away before deciding on frames and any upgrades. The staff was pleasant and very helpful, definitely will be back in the future.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Naomi Cunningham. She was very rude and unprofessional. I emailed the company and am still waiting for a response. I never had a negative experience here until this year. I will never go back to any Visionworks again.

Front desk worker today was extremely rude. On top of this, she placed a NOT sanitized thermometer directly on mine and my grandmothers head with out asking (zero problem with the safety every problem with how it was gone about) and had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in. Simply needed a new screw because she was never able to wear the glasses from the moment she purchased them falling apart from this location. Vision works recently had a 60% off sale on glasses with no restrictions on options such as transition, anti-glare, etc. Since my husband and I both needed an eye exam and new glasses we decided to try this office. Not only was the staff very friendly, professional, and helpful, Dr. 'Monty' was the best!!!! I can't imagine going anywhere else for our eye care.
This location is the best! The staff is super friendly and professional. Miss Michelle is my favorite, she is so funny and loves when I come in. She laughs at my jokes and posts my artwork. They have great discounts, and a lot of patience with me when I accidentally break my glasses. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Michelle was wonderful! My daughters didn’t know where to start with picking out frames. Michelle listened to their preferences and came back with choices both girls loved. If you have Davis Vision with Ford Motor you shouldn’t be going anywhere else! Any frame is completely covered. Vision Works has a wonderful selection of designer frames. I’ve already picked out mine for next January. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Great experience! The staff including Michele was incredible. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. No big upsell pitch for stuff I did not need. Highly recommend to all friends and family. I will be back
