I went in to get some information on a promotion that’s currently running. There appeared to be one employee, a man, no name tag on, working. He shouted across the sales floor that someone would be right with us. As we were waiting (I wasn’t sure what the employee was doing because he didn’t appear to be with a customer), I wandered to the other area of the store.
