I was scheduled for an appointment at 5:30pm. I did the appointment and the Doctor told me to go and pick out glasses. The front desk makes me pay $10 for the appointment, and then tells me they close at 6:00pm, (it was 5:50 and no one had a customer still) and she handed me my prescription and told me I’d have to come back to pick glasses! RecommendedMe and my son both had eye appointments 2 weeks ago was very please with all the employees there very nice and helpful even though they seemed a little understaffed due to Covid .... I did get a text saying both my sons and my glass are ready to call and set an appointment for pick up I’ve called about 20 times in the last 2 days and can’t get thru i don’t even need to meet with any one I just want to pick up our glasses 😔 there is a lot going on I get it I would be happy if I could just swing by and grab them 😆

Made an appointment over a week ago. Sent them my insurance information in the requested email 4 days before the appointment. A lady called the day before my appointment to get my insurance information, telling me they can't access that email with my 4 pages of information until the day of the appointment, she needs to verify my insurance. These Guys are absolute disgrace. Ripped me off for $500, had a exam, went for contacts, told me to get glass frames at the same time as a discount. I bought frames and lenses and decided to go against contacts. So glass lenses were the wrong prescription. Went back as was out of town, Told me 90 days had expired. Made me for new frame lenses again double the original and the same frames. I picked them up and I can't even read. Now I remember why I paid extra for Lenscrafters for 20yrs out of 18yrs.
Horrible experience. Sunglasses due 8/5 and on Saturday 8/3 was told the lenses broke so they had to redo. Then on 8/5 due date after hearing nothing from them I called and was told lenses didn’t pass inspection Sunday so they are remaking again. Now today 8/7 I’m told they have to order lenses because they are stock out. No eta given and no one knows what the other is doing there. Will go somewhere else next year. 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
Mario (and I hope I am right...Julie) saved the day!! I sat on a pair of glasses and broke my favorite frames. They had the only pair left on the planet and made sure I got them in California!! I can't thank you enough for all you did to make it happen!!! Amazing!!!

Vision is super important. I lost my last pair of glasses, and they were over a year old. My new pair is better for my line of work. These glasses work so good, that I can read clearly my phone on the smallest font setting. I am really grateful for Vision works Dobson for a level of excellence not found with online glass vendors!
