I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly. The Dr explained everything to me thoroughly. Mercedes was patient with me and helped me pick out 2 pairs of frames that I loved!! I was never pressured and they have me all my options instead of just most expensive.
All of the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable! I got a new pair of glasses, 3 month supply of contacts and the staff even helped me pick out a pair of glasses. Wonderful doctors and staff at Visionworks and I would recommend it to anyone who needs an eye exam. :)
