Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. But what’s funny is I been in there for appointments and they are always on the phone 🤷 after being on hold for 30 minutes the call gets transferred to corporate office and they send a fax over to the branch asking them to call me, but I never hear anything from anyone. Crappy service

I went to another place (AB) and they wanted to charge $300 more for the pair of glasses with all the added bells and whistles. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Thank you so much for owning a pair of glasses a possibility for me! Great Service! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I never received a confirmation text or phone call. I have no idea when my appointment is! Nobody answers the phone and the chat is useless. they are so unprofessional. I can’t believe this.

Scheduled an appointment over 1 month ago. It was the earliest avalable appointment. Now I get a call the time needs to change. I'm teleworking and the time was less than convenient. Today they call and leave a message that my insurance is not valid. Well it is. But, since no one answers the phone I cant resolve this issue. 3 calls on hold over an hour all 3 times. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time. I was told that was the only way to get service during the pandemic yellow phase. They tell people to wear a mask and follow the stores safety protocols but don't enforce any of them. Its all about making money and not protecting the customers from infection! There were walk ins who go service before me. Do not go to this store! I was a customer for ten years. Not anymore.
I made an appointment with this Visionworks (have been using VW for years), went to the appointment and the guy looked at my medical card and said they do not take my insurance (instead of calling the vision # on my card to check). I drove 18 miles back home, got on my insurance web site and they DO take my insurance. I called the VW and got a recording/left a message for them to call me-it' been 3 days now and have not received a call back. I had a wonderful experience at the Camp Hill Visionworks. I bent my glasses and because of Covid19 no one was open. Visionworks was taking two clients at a time and fit me in. They were wonderful. Lindsey offered me such great advice that I ended up getting new frames on line and they changed out my lenses in no time. They were wonderful and kept everyone safe at the same time. All businesses should run as well as Visionworks is running during this pandemic.
