What a horrible experience today. We've been coming to this location for at least 10 years. Today, we walked out and went to a different location. I'm so sorry the girl who waited on us was so put out by having to call our insurance so she could sell us 2 pair of glasses. We're such horrible people for expecting you to put down your cell phone for 12 minutes to help us. P.S. Perhaps you should seek a career outside of customer service. This doesn't seem to be your forte.
