Recommendedeveryone was excellent, my girl made the appointment...went in, they told us it would be just a few min...we looked at frames, ..filled out a form, Dr. took me in, he checked my eyes, ...had to wait while the fluid he put in my eyes made the pupils dialate, we found the frames i wanted, Dr. rechecked my eyes again, they told me what i needed and i asked a couple of question, which they answered, we paid and went on our way......i was happy with their service and because of my older age i guess glass are part of my future....... read more
Excellent customer service-- From scheduling, to picking up glasses when they are ready! Today Rick was great! He explained my benefits, and how they calculate best price for customers. Will DEF go again, as I was there last year too.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. The First Lady you see when you go in there is very nasty. Scheduled an appointment for 5:30 and they tried to say that it was for 4:00. If she worked for me, she would be fired.
I recently received my new glasses, and as on the previous visit two years ago, the young lady, Sara-Beth, that waited on me was very helpful and kind. She helped me narrow down my choices of frames that she thought were the most complementary to my face and within my price range . I will go back again when I need new glasses. Very positive experience overall.
Called to alert them that I had received an emailed survey for one of their customers in error. It came to my address but was for a different person who shares my last name. When I stated why I was calling, the response I got was “what’s your name hun?” Customer service reps should never call someone you have never met “hun.” After I explained why I was calling, I got a thanks and a phone slammed in my ear. Definitely need to work on the customer service skills of the employees of this store.
