The phone queue never leads to a live person. Just forget about calling or doing the live chat. Once you order glasses, you will have to wait very long and chase them down, in person to pick them up! Customer service is NONEXISTENT!
While the doctor is great and they have a great selection of frames, THEY NEED TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Trying to setup an appointment to pick up glasses. Online scheduling is a joke. If someone would just pick up the phone, that’d be great.

Visionworks Colonial Commons needs to answer their phone. We've been on hold for hours, days on end, during their open hours, trying to find out the status of our glasses. All we hear is a recording saying how important our call is to them and that someone will be with us in a minute. This recording couldn't be further from the truth.

RecommendedEveryone I interacted with was phenomenal! Dr. Druckman was very informative and really took care when checking my prescription. Tyler gave me his honest opinions on the frames I was considering and actually showed me the frames I ended up choosing. Sarah was really helpful as well. She explained to me what was covered by my insurance and what sales were going on. She also offered to help me choose frames. The doctors and staff are very professional!
They called my at 12:10 for a 12:30 appointment and said they may not be able to accommodate me. Ummmm....I was driving already. Now I am sitting here and was told because some customer was a problem yesterday that everything is backed up today. Should have walked out as soon as I got here.
