Unprofessional behavior. Neglected to inform me they were now out of network when I updated my insurance info with them prior to conducting my appointment.

Nicholas was so helpful. A son shopping with their mom doesn’t always go well :) so it started out feeling like my son wouldn’t like any pair. But Nicholas immediately connected with my son and made it so easy for us. He was patient, and listened to our concerns and most of all made us laugh. I greatly appreciate his customer service and genuine nature! Highly recommend!
We love Nick! He has been such a great help over the years and has gotten to know my son pretty well. Owen can be a challenge to fit, and Nick goes above and beyond to find frames that work for him. He even let Owen try his own frames to see if they worked for him by removing the lenses. Who does that?! Nick did, because he suspected that they would be a good fit and he didn't have that frame in stock at the time. Guess what? He was right! Thanks, Nick!

Anthony at Visionworks Mayfair took extra time to help my son succeed in getting his contacts to go in! He was a great coach and was so personable in taking care of everyone in my family whether it was glasses or contacts. We have always been happy with Visionworks Mayfair!
Nicholas is the best! I was short on time the first time I came in this weekend so Nicolas told me that he would get all the information necessary and that I could come back the next day. When I came in the next day, I was greeted right away by him and he remembered everything about our conversation from the previous day. He was super helpful and because of this experience Mayfair will be my first choice for Visionworks from now on.
