I’m very particular with my glasses. I’ve been going to Visionworks at The Forum for years and am extremely pleased with their service, their staff and their products! There is one person I would like to recognize in particular, her name is Monica. She exemplifies true professionalism and appears to be the go to person which explains a lot! Visionworks should be very proud to have an employee like Monica upholding the company standards! I know I appreciate her!
We were waiting for notification for my daughters second pair of glasses, and so I had her call. I got home from work to find her on hold. For almost 30 minutes. She refused to hang up stating that the gentleman would be back, and she didn’t want to have to start over with a new person. So I called on my phone and spoke with Emily, who was very helpful- but basically he put her on hold and got off work and left. With her holding. For 30 minutes.
Thanks 😊 Emily for helping me pick out glasses 🤓 and telling me about the deals. You were very patient and I appreciate it. Thanks also to the staff in the doctors office next door who helped with contacts that I haven’t worn in years 😢
usually I love the service but when I have my 5 year old daughter telling me she needs to go to the bathroom and the employee won't let us when usually they will, really turns me off from the place.

I had the best service today from Judith she took her time and helped me find a great pair of glasses. I absolutely appreciated her honesty with me while I tried on frame after frame . I will definitely recommend Visionworks to all my family and friends.
